On the Device tab of the properties dialog in GWConnect, are the second and
third comboboxes both set to your preferred output device? If not, set them
correctly and save the changes. This should fix your problem.

Best regards from Ohio, U.S.A.,

Sorry I forgot to say I am using windows xp.

I can make a call and talk and hear people just fine.

I just do not have my applications sounds.

Like when I come online and make a call or receive a call.

Not sure what is going on, because I can use skype and other applications
just fine.

I removed the program and installed it again.

No such luck.

I have never seen this problem before.

check your volume mixer in windows 7, making sure that gw-connect is not
muted for that device.

Good morning all:

I am having a problem with Gw connect sounds.
I have reinstalled and checked everything.
I can not get any sound out of it when am signing online, making a call, or
any of the sounds.
I can use it to talk to people.
I have no problem there.
I have all the sound events assigned.
I use a USB headset.
The sounds are assigned to the device.
Would anyone have any ideas?
Thanks.
