We have seen cases where McAfee and similar antivirus programs will scan
and sometimes flag either the GWConnect or Skype Kit executables as
being malicious. We have worked to minimize the behavior which might
trigger such false positives for GWConnect, but the Skype Kit is outside
our control. Are you able to make any exceptions to McAfee for either
process? Do you notice any improvement if you disable this software (at
least temporarily)?
