When I first tried it, it crashed a couple of times, then when I
finally got it running without crashing, I had my wife call me from
her cell phone and it just rang and rang and rang and rang and rang,
etc, until I finally just rejected the call, and she was never sent to
voicemail.
On the Skype side of things, everything works as it should when it
comes to voicemail. In other words, this is not a Skype issue, nor
does it have anything to do with setting this up on the Skype site.
It's a GWConnect issue.

In one of my reports, I mentioned that GW Connect would not go to voice
mail and crashed when I denied a call. I disabled Norton Internet
Security's smart protect firewall, which allowed me to deny a call and
have it go to voice mail. However, with voice mail on through skype,
and my not touching anything, the call will ring out indefinitely and
voice mail is not answered. On skype without connect, it is 15 seconds
if no call forwarding is set for voice mail to pick up. I thought I'd
pass this along.
