I have Double Talk, Elequence and Dec Talk in my rotor ap. Double talk and elequence are set at the rate that I like to use. Every time that I rotor to Dec talk, the rate reverts to the fastest rate. I go into the control panel and set Dec taklk to 54 and save settings. When I rotor through the sequence and return to dec talk, It goes back to the fastest setting again. What am I doing wrong?

Mike
