 GWConnect voicemail setting question

I have Skype set up to go to voicemail after it rings about four times
and not being answered. I was testdriving GWConnect for part of the
day today and founnd out from a caller that it just rang and rang and
rang forever but never went to voicemail. I don't see a setting for
it in GWConnect. Can someone please point me to the voicemail
settings, or is this feature missing from GWConnect?
