What everyone else says is accurate. Other projects, such as Window-Eyes
itself, take precedence over other projects. While the Window-Eyes
developers aren't involved with our other apps, our app developers are
often involved with Window-Eyes. We also handle support for all
products, both via email and phone all day long. In addition, we support
and maintain all Window-Eyes apps. Plus there are several internal
projects related to both customers, and just being a business. Not to
mention I had a doctor's appointment today. :)

So, right now, although there are annoyances and issues that need to be
addressed, SocialEyes is, for the most part, working well for people.
Well enough that we can push resources around to other projects that
need to be finished by certain dates and times. Once those projects are
complete, resources will come back 'round to SocialEyes.

Rest assured that I have documented all issues. Where I've needed
clarification, I've asked for it. And when I'm able, I'll release an
updated version.

If it makes you feel any better, Facebook are introducing changes in the
very near future that have the potential to break existing functionality
(they're great at that). So an update may be on the horizon sooner than
we all plan.
