Like Barb, as of late I've had to go to tools, options, chat and then press
disconnect and connect. It does then say chat connected but interestingly,
it says that when I sign in too. As of late, however, doesn't seem like it
is working until you do the disconnect/connect thing.

I don't hear chat connected on disconnect/reconnect, so I don't know.
Hopefully we'll know for sure whats up.
