Thanks for letting us know. I am sure the the majority of complaints are
silenced when we just know it's out of your hands. <g>

Keep up the great work. I'm sure it's hard to just keep plugging away when
you have no choice but to deal with the problems that are their fault.

Greetings,

There's been a lot of traffic recently about the unreliable nature of chat
through SocialEyes. I would like to take a minute to explain that you're
actually referring to the unreliable nature of chat through Facebook.

Facebook chat is notoriously capricious. Do a Google search for "facebook
chat can't connect," and you get back approximately 168,000,000 results. The
second of which is a page on facebook.com, which states:

General Chat Issues

My message failed to send.

actual behavior of Facebook services is completely out of our control. Your
continued feedback about the SocialEyes interface, however, is welcomed and
appreciated.
