Greetings,

There's been a lot of traffic recently about the unreliable nature of
chat through SocialEyes. I would like to take a minute to explain that
you're actually referring to the unreliable nature of chat through Facebook.

Facebook chat is notoriously capricious. Do a Google search for
"facebook chat can't connect," and you get back approximately
168,000,000 results. The second of which is a page on facebook.com,
