Yes. Ever since they've m, made the online present changes in SE, here is
what happens.
When you first launch SE, all of your friends appear in order.
If somebody new comes on, they appear at the end of the list, the next new
person that comes online is after that person.
I'm thinking its another bug, but does that make sense to you?

Hey guys,

Question, when you tab over to see your friends of who is on line, they now
seem to be showing up in no particular order. From what I have seen in the
past, they were showing up in alphabetical order, now this doesn't seem to
be the case. Any ideas?
