Sometimes, an application does not respond to the Windows request to shut down. I find this even with some Microsoft products such as Outlook 2010. If the app does not respond to the shutdown request, the computer hangs.

Aaron, this was talked about some time back on the list and I believe I may
have even sent Support an e-mail. Up until now, whenever computers were on
standby or went to sleep, when coming back into SE, we had to go out and
come back in as we were getting the message we had to authenticate. I just
tried it now and it does appear it is working now and I did not have to
authenticate after logging back in.

That's good, and a bit bothersome, considering I didn't change anything
regarding chat in this version. :) Regardless, if it's working, so be it.
