I find it highly annoying that I have to change my recording control to
line-in every time I start a Skype call with GW connect.
Though I believe this is not you guys fault... That it is some sort of
limit put in the API kit that Skype hasn't updated.

Hello Bruce,

At the moment, the SkypeKit has an option to disable automatic gain
control, but it furstratingly enough does nothing. We have asked Skype
to allow us to configure this behavior, but thus far nothing has
changed. We will implement appropriate UI when and if they update the kit.
