The GW-Apps is geared toward discussions of Window-Eyes and GW Micro apps. Any subscriber of the GW-Apps list has the ability to post on-topic messages.

chat depending if the friend is online at the time. What you do in any
case is tab to the friends list, select the friend in question, press
the applications key and choose chat or press c. Alternatively you can
press enter on the friend in question, then tab to and activate the chat
button. Commenting privately is the same as private messaging surely.
You are just commenting on a status, only privately with the friend in
question.
