Hi everyone. I've just subscribed to the list, so apologize if these things
have already been discussed.
1. The ability to share posts. I don't know if the Facebook API allows
for this, but sometimes I want to be able to do more than just like a post.
I want to share it so that it actually shows up on my timeline.
2. The ability to stop the incoming updates from reading
automatically. This is nice in some cases, but for the most part, I find
that it's rather intrusive. I might be in the middle of listening to
something else, and then a status update comes in, interrupting my
screen-reader so that it can read the new status. The ideal solution would
be a way to keep the sounds, but turn off the automatic status reading.
3. A bit of a bug with Filters. I know a recent update was put out to
suppress the reading of filtered content, but for whatever reason, it's not
working for me. So, automatic reading of filtered content is still
happening, and occasionally, I still actually see a message that should be
filtered show up in my list of status updates. I'm unable to interact with
these items, but they're there until a new update comes in and then they go
away.
4. Duplicate status lists. I've discovered that after using the edit
box to post an update, I start to see two list view sections containing
updates. Some of the updates that come in are duplicated in both these
lists, but others only show up in one or the other so I have to go through
both lists to get all the new posts.
Other than that, I'm really loving this program. I've been wanting to become
more active on Facebook because so many of my contacts are there and not on
Twitter, and this program has given me the ability to interact much easier.
