Hi.

Last night I tried to run SocialEyes. I followed the instructions in the
email I got from GW Micro. When the program started I got no indication it
was running. I tried to activate it, but there was no response. I then
examined the help documentation, thinking that I needed to do an extra step,
but I wasn't getting any login screen or anything else for that matter.
TABing around the screen doesn't work. I rebooted the PC with no change. I
don't have a firewall running, just Microsoft Security Essentials. When I
go to the about screen in HELP, the app shows a long string of numbers which
I think is my serial number. I finally examined the screen with the mouse,
and found the please wait message. I've let the app run, hoping this
problem would resolve itself. This was at 10 p.m. Eastern last night, and
the app still reports Please Wait. I'd appreciate any help I can get.

Thanks in advance for any ideas.
