Re: A few socialeyes questionsDate:
Wed, Jul 10, 2013 4:53:25 pmI had a similar experience. Below is what i sent to support.
Hello,
I just purchased social eyes and tried to get it set up. I kerp getting a window that says use reading keys to read text. In this window it tells me there was sn error downloading social eyes. Somehow I did manage to get it installed once, but the activation did not work. Note that I did follow directions and downloaded and installed the auth prior to social eyes. I went to about and my serial number was there. I uninstalled both the auth and social eyes and reinstalled auth with no problem. I am not able to get social eyes to download properly. It keeps giving same error as before but this time will not let me bypass and download and install social eyes. My order email is below for you in case you need it.
Thanks for any help with this.
