To anyone still having this problem, please ensure that you don't have
any antivirus or firewall programs curtailing both the GWConnect
executable and SkypeKit runtime (windows-x86-skypekit.exe). If your
whole internet is also dropping, then that's a separate issue which you
might need to resolve with your ISP.
