One of the odd things for me is that I have no faltering at all, or at least
haven't had it yet. Also, this behavior began happening just about the same
time that the GW advertisements were coming across whether you had WE installed
or not. So, the two things together made me wonder.
Anyway, let's hope Skype can get this resolved in the near future.
