Hi again Rod,
Well I did a bit of looking around today, I went as far back as I
really feel comfortable doing in system restore, (to about 9 days ago
I think), and did a scan for effected programmes and drivers. (this
is possible using windows 7), and I couldn't see anything there that
related to my sound card. If I do this restore, I'll lose a couple of
programmes I don't want to lose, and I can't see I'll get much effect.
Still I may do it, but I think any updates that were installed
automatically would just be re-installed anyway.
I'd prefer a different solution if one were possible, I'll give it
some thought my end, but I'd be greatful if you could tell me anything
else I could try.
Regards
Daniel
Hi David, it's weird about browsers, I get messages from various sites
telling me my browser isn't supported, and I'm using I.E 9. I wish
someone could do something about those awful graphical security
captchas, the audio option is more often than not just as inaccessible
as the picture. I'll switch to the first screen reader that comes up
with a way of solving internet captchas automatically. There Window
Eyes, there's a challenge heh.
Must get a demo one of these days always wanted to try it.
