New Tech Support Employee at GW Micro
Mar-18-2007We are pleased to announce a new employee at GW Micro. You may begin calling Raul A. Gallegos for technical support beginning Monday, March 19. Raul is a family man with three children, wife, and a dog. He is fluent in Spanish and has been interested in computers since sixth grade when he wrote computer games on an Apple 2c. He is a big fan of accessible games and since his oldest son is also blind, they have a great deal in common as Raul is teaching him how to use Window-Eyes. He moved to Fort Wayne to work for GW Micro from Denver, Colorado where he has lived most of his life.
Thanks to Window-Eyes, he was able to be a network administrator at Sprint for several years. He’s been a customer and fan of GW Micro since 1993 using Vocal-Eyes 2.2. He’s used Window-Eyes since version 1.0 and has been on the private Window-Eyes beta team since 1997 when version 2.0 with support for Windows 95 came out. In many ways Raul has been doing tech support for some time with all the help he provides on the gw-info list.
