Happy Birthday to ACB Radio From GW Micro

Dec-15-2009

You Could Win a Copy of Window-Eyes or a BookSense in Special Drawing

The American Council of the Blind (ACB) Radio is turning 10 years old this month.  The celebration will kick into high gear from Dec. 26 through Jan. 1 when ACB Radio will hold several drawings.  GW Micro is joining in the festivities by giving away a copy of Window-Eyes screen reading software and a BookSense Daisy player/book reader.

Window-Eyes puts you in the hands of the most powerful and stable screen reader ever created.  Window-Eyes has new scripting features for end users and script authors, as well as enhanced Braille support.

If your name is drawn and you currently own Window-Eyes, you may choose a  Software Maintenance Agreement that you can use for three future major upgrades.

GW Micro is also giving away a BookSense, the exciting new Daisy player and book reader.  BookSense plays books from Audible.com, NLS, Bookshare, and more.  You can even play music downloaded from iTunes.

To participate in the ACB Radio birthday drawing, send an e-mail with your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and your favorite ACB radio show to: contest@acbradio.org.  E-mails must be received by ACB Radio by 12 UTC Dec. 24.
