This app improves English speech by processing ordinal oddities such as 1 followed by s t into the word first, 2 followed by n d into second, etc.
(this requires the Window-Eyes setting for "spell alpha-numeric" to be set to "off" in order to work properly).
It also attempts to handle abbreviations where the context determines what should be spoken. Examples of these would include the abbreviation of s t, which could be street or saint. The same is true of d r, which can be doctor or drive, and even rd which could be part of an ordinal such as third, or the abbreviation of road. Also included is the abbreviation of A.M., which can appear as simply am. When it appears after a time however, this app will say "eigh m".
Finally, it speaks some punctuation specially when they are used as abbreviations for words. This include the quote and apostrophe, which when appearing immediately after a number, are said by the app as inches and feet. In the same vein, when two numbers are separated by an "x", the app will say "by" instead.
It should be able to do all of this without any noticeable impact on the speech responsiveness.

Fixed a problem with quoted strings which end with a number (such as "released in 99"); they no longer say inches at the terminating quote.
Fixed a problem with numbers which had an apostrophe followed by an s at their end, such as the music from the 90's; they no longer say feet at the apostrophe.

Corrected issue when speaking quote or apostrophe as inches or feet, which would cause a mistake if the phrase was a number enclosed in quote marks; now handles this properly.
This release was added immediately after adding new capabilities for speaking a number followed by a quote or an apostrophe (saying "inches" or "feet" instead). It also says "by" for an "x" between two numbers.
