Three hotkeys go directly to script-related dialogs of Window-Eyes: Control-F10 for Add or Remove Packages, Control-Shift-F10 for Script Manager, and Windows-F10 for Package Manager. If the dialog is already open but not the active window, it is activated. This global script requires GW Toolkit.
