Shutdown Now 1.5

Press the hotkey twice in a row to immediately shutdown windows by forcibly closing all running processes. This is a minor modification of Jamal Mazrui's RestartNow script. In the spirit of open source collaboration Jamal has kindly givin me permission to modify his Restart Now script. Many thanks to Jamal.

Paul, I like that script. If I need to do something else, I can press the hotkey and boom! The computer is shutdown in about 12 secconds.
