GWConnect Advertising
GWConnect is a fully accessible and free PC application that is plugged into Skype™. GWConnect enables individuals who are blind or visually impaired to use the powerful features of Skype including voice chat, text messaging and more.

GWConnect is completely free but in exchange for using the software, users are presented with accessible advertisements once every 30 minutes. GWConnect supports text based ads that are spoken by the user's screen reader as well as audio ads that can contain both vocal and musical content.

How GWConnect Advertising Works
- Develop up to five unique advertisements in text or audio format
- Text advertisements should be 125 words or less
- Audio advertisements when recorded should be 30 seconds or less. The preferred recording format is WAV (44.1 kHz, 16-bit, mono). If you do not have the audio equipment necessary, GW Micro can record your audio commercial for $40 per 30 second advertisement.
- You can use any combination of text and audio advertisements but the limit is 5 ads per advertising campaign
- Determine the number of months you would like the advertisement to be run.
- Select the preferred start date for your advertising campaign.
- Fill out and submit the form below to notify GW Micro of your interest in the program.
- GW Micro will contact you to discuss the pricing model and confirm the details of your GWConnect advertising campaign.
- After providing payment, your ad campaign will be made active in GWConnect and remain active for the duration of your advertising campaign.
- Review your ads performance on demand using the Advertiser Portal or with monthly reports to verify the number of impressions and the number of unique GWConnect users your ad was sent to.

Terms and Conditions
- Text-only advertisements will be spoken by the GWConnect user's screen reader or default synthesizer
- Advertisements apply to all users running the English version of GWConnect in sponsored mode (advertising to users of GWConnect in other languages is available upon request)
- GWConnect users can obtain an ad free experience by paying a monthly fee or by using GWConnect on a computer with Window-Eyes 7.0 or higher installed
- Pricing model for GWConnect Advertising is subject to change
- Advertisements cannot focus on products that compete directly with Window-Eyes
